IYD is a three year-old well-established professional organization and has a multi-disciplinary team supported by eminent technical advisors, assessors and impact evaluators all over India. IYD is a skill assessment, impact assessment and capacity building company providing one-stop innovative solutions to the Government, Corporate, Corporate CSR and International Institutions.

IYD is empanelled as an Assessing Body with Directorate General Employment & Training (DGE&T) now DGT under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) on 28th Janurary 2014 for conducting skill assessments and certification in India. IYD is also empanelled as Assessment Agency with Telecom, Healthcare and Domestic Workers Sector Skill Councils under NSDC, MSDE for conducting assessments under PMKVY and for all other skill development schemes Pan India. IYD is conducting Third Party Assessments and Certification for many Central and State Skill Development Programs across India.
Our TEAM
IYD is founded by Mr. Sunil Nanda, Chairman and Managing Director, who is an MBA from XLRI and has senior management experience of more than thirty five years in large reputed private, public and international development sector organizations including UNDP, USAID.IYD Board of Directors and Advisers are reputed senior professionals from diverse backgrounds of Healthcare, Skill Development, Youth Empowerment, Banking, NGOs and Defence Forces. IYD has a strong energetic and multi-disciplinary team at its head office and State offices supported by a large number of technical experts and certified assessors conducting quality skill assessments & certifications, training center validations and developing assessment tools. CMD is directly leading a team of social scientists and technical experts conducting in-depth impact assessments of CSR program for corporates.

All IYD team is very passionate about contributing towards our Hon'able Prime Minister's vision of economic growth through Skill India, Make in India, Startup India and Digital India mainly empowerment of its youth through skill development and making them employed by industry and overseas markets.
    

Vision
Conduct scientific, credible and quality assessments for vocational skill trainings, corporate trainings, talent acquisition and educational competencies contributing towards development objective of India.
Mission
By 2020 conduct quality 500,000 assessments and support placement of 100,000 trained candidates in the Industry in India or overseas.
Objectives
  • Conduct quality vocational skills assessments in all sectors and trades for skilled and semi-skilled workers, ITI graduates, school/ college pass outs and early drop outs and persons with special needs to assess their skills and employability.
  • Conduct Assessment and Certification for Trained Candidate Assessments (TCA) and Direct Candidate Assessments (DCA) under the Skill Development Initiative Scheme (SDIS) of DGT/MSDE, Central and State Government Skill Development Missions & Schemes, Sector Skill Councils of NSDC/MSDE and Corporate CSR.
  • Assessments and Third party certifications under various government projects & schemes.
  • Availability of Online Assessment Platform for conducting Online Assessments, at contracted or client's testing centers in most cities and states.
  • Provide monitoring and evaluation of training programs for corporate and government skills programs including for their CSR.
  • Provide consulting services in the areas of vocational skills development and assessments.
  • Provide cognitive, leadership, aptitude, personality, soft skills and other assessments for corporates for their employees, new recruits and for universities/ college students.
